Balance

Rejuvenate with five full days focused on spiritual and physical self-care. Your days will be full and fulfilling with sunrise practices, guided walking meditations across the beautiful Tenaya Lodge grounds and eye-opening satsangs by the fire.

Restore

Participate in twice daily yoga sessions to ground the body and help bring focus to the mind. Each 60-minute session will be guided by master instructors and inspired by Chopra Yoga.

Receive compassionate support and encouragement from the Chopra staff to help you become more self-aware and experience personal breakthroughs.

    Sarah Platt-Finger is the Director of Chopra Yoga and the co-founder of ISHTA Yoga, LLC.
