Create your own self-care experience with Deepak Chopra, Kimberly Snyder and more world-renowned leaders in well-being. Select from a menu of exciting breakout sessions and soul-inspiring activities that will help you experience inner growth with lasting effects.

We are a part of Nature and, as a result, we are affected by its changes—daily, seasonally, and over time. You can learn to take better care of yourself and feel more balanced in all aspects of your life when you understand nature’s rhythms, how they can affect you personally, and the simple practices to navigate the ebbs and flows of your life, in all areas.

As a guest of Well Within 2022, you’ll be immersed in practical wisdom and your choice of interactive sessions based on Ayurveda—a proven, holistic healing system that takes a personalized approach and aligns with the natural rhythms of the universe. You’ll gain insights on how to navigate well-being in our current world with guided practices to incorporate into your daily routines and by exploring your mind-body type (or dosha). And you’ll leave the weekend empowered with the know-how to continue personalizing your well-being journey.
